Chief Executive Officer & Co-Owner

Adrian is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of Integrum Care Group, bringing over 20 years’ experience leading large, complex care organisations across specialist and elderly care in the UK. Adrian is an award winning highly respected care sector leader, voted Care Leader of the Year in 2014, with a strong track record of operational excellence, growth, and transformation.

He has led organisations through periods of expansion, regulatory scrutiny and cultural change, always with a clear focus on delivering safe, high quality care and strong, values led leadership.
At Integrum Care Group, Adrian provides strategic direction and executive oversight, ensuring the Group delivers a sector leading resident experience while remaining financially sustainable, compliant and well governed. He is passionate about creating homes that feel genuinely welcoming and supportive, and believes that this is achieved by recruiting, developing and retaining exceptional people.
Adrian is known for his hands on leadership style, strong visibility within services, and commitment to empowering managers and teams to succeed. His approach balances commercial discipline with compassion, recognising that great care is delivered through engaged, supported and accountable teams.
He holds an MBA and a diploma in psychology, and has been nationally recognised for leadership excellence within adult social care. Adrian has also held senior leadership and trustee roles within charitable organisations, reflecting his wider commitment to social impact and community wellbeing.

Emily Snaith

Director of HR & Executive Business Partner

Emily is the Director of HR and Executive Business Partner at Integrum Care Group, leading people strategy, recruitment and workforce support across Integrum Care Group
CIPD Level 5 qualified, Emily was selected from 7,000 students as a finalist in the 2025 CIPD Awards for Student of the Year.

Emily brings strong expertise in employment law, recruitment, employee relations and organisational development. She plays a key role in ensuring the Group attracts, retains and supports high quality teams, while maintaining robust compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
Emily works closely with senior leaders, home managers and external partners to deliver effective recruitment campaigns, streamline onboarding, and provide practical, solutions focused HR support. She has extensive experience managing complex employee relations matters, supporting organisational change, and delivering HR reporting and assurance to the Board.
Known for her approachable, calm and organised style, Emily is a trusted point of contact for managers and colleagues across the Group. She is passionate about creating positive employee experiences, supporting professional development, and ensuring that Integrum Care Group remains a responsible, inclusive and well led employer.
Emily is an active member of sector networks and contributes to ongoing discussions around workforce challenges and best practice in adult social care.

Cecilia Mapfunde

Group Financial Controller

Cecilia is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering robust financial management, reporting and strategic insight across complex, multi-site organisations . Cecilia is ACCA qualified with a First Class degree in Accounting and Finance.

At Integrum Care Group, Cecilia leads the Finance Team in providing accurate management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, supporting informed decision-making at both operational and Board level. She plays a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving processes and ensuring the organisation’s financial position supports high-quality, sustainable care.
Cecilia is known for her detail focused, calm and collaborative leadership style, working closely with colleagues to improve efficiency, transparency and financial resilience. She is committed to mentoring and developing teams and to ensuring finance functions are responsive, reliable and aligned with organisational priorities.

Patricia Brown

Director of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance

Patricia is a highly experienced senior leader and Consultant Nurse with over 25 years’ leadership across health, social care and community wellbeing. Patricia is a Board Member of the Royal College of Nursing and carrying out a Doctoral at University College London into dementia care & clinical leadership in the community. She has lectured extensively and holds multiple Masters Degrees focused on the study of dementia. She is also an Admiral Nurse.

She brings extensive expertise in clinical governance, safeguarding, dementia care, regulatory compliance and estates oversight, supporting services to consistently deliver safe, effective and compassionate care.

Patricia has worked at senior and board level across complex health and social care environments, providing strategic oversight of quality assurance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance. She is an experienced CQC Nominated Individual, offering robust assurance to boards and senior leaders while maintaining a strong, visible presence within services.

Recognised for her balanced and thoughtful approach to governance, Patricia combines strategic insight with operational credibility, ensuring that high standards are embedded into everyday practice. She has a particular focus on dementia care, safeguarding, mental capacity and workforce wellbeing, and is passionate about developing confident, values led leaders at every level.

Patricia is a committed mentor and advocate for professional development, with a strong track record of identifying and nurturing emerging talent.

In addition to her role at Integrum Care Group, Patricia holds a national board position within the nursing profession, contributing to strategic leadership, policy development and sector-wide improvement. She is currently undertaking doctoral research in dementia care and clinical leadership, reinforcing her commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
