Adrian Pancott

CEO

Adrian is a highly established and experienced business leader within growth and operations with 20 years’ experience in leading some of the largest care businesses across specialist and elderly care throughout the UK.

Adrian is passionate about creating a sector leading resident experience within our homes creating a home from home environment for all our residents to enjoy. To achieve this, he also believes in recruiting, retaining and rewarding the best employees to deliver high standards of care to the residents we look after.

Sean Quinlan

Investment Director

Sean advises on all of Integrum’s potential acquisition targets and also manages the acquisition process leading on deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiation.

He sits on the board as a Director and helps to implement and drive the investment strategy and business plan.

Denise Marsh

Head of Quality Assurance

Denise has been in the Health & Social sector for the whole of her working life – starting out as a trainee nurse. She has worked for the NHS, Local Authorities and for care providers – both ‘not for profit’ organisations. She has also worked for some of the biggest care & nursing home companies.

Her role includes understanding the challenges facing the care sector at this time, supporting continuous improvement, keeping up to date with regulatory compliance and ensuring all our homes meet the required legislative standards. Alongside this she ensures our own policies and procedures are followed.

Denise thoroughly enjoys all aspects of her role. She gets to interact with the residents living in our homes, works alongside staff, and has opportunities to influence change and to share her experiences with the team.

Angie Cooper

Client Relationship & Marketing Manager

Angie has extensive knowledge in all the hospital discharge pathways – having worked with The Rapid Transfer Service, Community Assessment Bed Team, Fastrack End of Life Team, and Social Services.

As a Care Home Placement Co-ordinator in the Hospital, Angie found her passion for assisting families as they embarked on the very difficult journey of sourcing the right care home for their loved one.

In May 2021 Angie joined Integrum Care Group as Client Relationship Manager. With previous experience and a caring and sensitive nature, Angie ensures that all our enquiries are treated with professionalism, kindness and understanding.
In her time with Integrum Angie has also taken on the role of Marketing Manager overseeing all our Marketing and PR needs.

Lyn Smith

Group Financial Controller

Lyn has eighteen years of health and care sector finance experience and oversees the Group Finance Team at Integrum.

Her primary focus is to provide the Management Team and Directors with an efficient and caring support service.

Emily Snaith

Recruitment & HR Manager

Emily has 6 years of recruitment expertise, and manages the recruitment and HR for the group.

She works with the Home Managers to reduce agency use and ensure a positive candidate onboarding experience.
